While it's not exactly stylish, it does serve a purpose… to give cold air a chance to warm before entering your lungs. And at that, it passes with flying colors!!! For me, this became a need after I discovered I was prone to bronchitis and cold sores which struck yearly, whenever the temperature dropped below 30F. I tried wearing various face masks but my glasses would fog and they'd become damp and cold against my face. I needed something more functional. Which is why for the past two years, I've designed and tested more than 22 different versions. Tweaking the shapes, angles, vents, if it had a catch basin for the exhaled water, and other avenues.
