The Blender 3D files for the protons and neutron positions in nuclear shapes are with a .obj file for other folks. The pyramids are there to armor the faces of the cube of nucleons. That allows elements to survive a harsh star.
Module names: cube-2, cube-3, pyramid-4, pyramid-3, pyramid-2
Elements that can be made: carbon to molybdenum. There is an error in the cube-2, so a new one is provided in the second load of integer geometric objects #2 of 3
The cube-3 is for Kr. To get the cube-3 for the Fe series, see data set #3 of 3.
