Intel R200 camera adapter for Turtlebot

This is a bracket used to enable the Intel(R) RealSense(TM) R200 3D camera to be used with a ROS Turtlebot robot. It uses the poles currently used to attach the Kinect camera, and those poles instead connect to this bracket. The R200 camera snaps easily into the top.
To use, print two copies of the endpoints and one bracket. These have successfully been printed using eSun PLA on a Lulzbot Mini printer by rotating the bracket 45 degrees to fit diagonally across the bed, and the two endpoints on either side for a single print set.
