A trio of unsettling aberrations inspired by their entry in the Monster Manual and their appearances alongside mind flayers in Underdark campaigns such as Out of the Abyss.
Intellect devourers are grotesque psionic predators resembling exposed brains walking on clawed limbs. Often used as servants and scouts by mind flayers, they hunt intelligent creatures and steal their bodies from within.
