Interchangeable Duct for e3d nozzles

Shortened and extended duct for using with the smaller e3d style nozzles. The e3d nozzles are super cheap and readily available but they are much shorter than the stock one on the Tarantula. So here's a duct to accommodate them.

I had to scale the Y axis by 101% to get them to fit better.
