Adding to the Intergalactic Guard forces: Russian Tanker Heads

I added the Russian Soviet Era Tanker helmet. I also have another project where I added Soviet Era Motor Rifle Infantry Helmets to these same heads.

I have scaled them to 15mm for my personal project - to return them to 28mm simply scale them up to 186.7%
