Needs to be cut from at least 5mm material for the pieces to stand up
The kerf of the laser makes the edges [not at 90* angles](https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Kerf-width-data-for-aluminum-plate-cut-with-a-6-kW-CO-2-Laser-over-a-range_fig4_287815638), so they may need sanding on the bottom edge to stand up properly.
Most of the lines in this design overlap, which can be cleaned up with adobe illustrator using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hcIKxlJTPxM
