Interstellar Empires Tiles

Using the same tile layout as Planetary Empires but for something like BFG that replicates the sector campaign maps. Can be used with any fleet or star empire gaming system. Eventually this package will grow to contain 4-5 different star systems, a black hole tile, maybe a nebular cluster or other stellar anomaly, etc.

Added a proof of concept file to see if we can print the blank tile with FDM printer and then have an insert that can be printed with SLA and slotted in for use.

edit 2021-5-27: added a beveled blank tile to help with elephant foot on resin printers

edit 2022-01-13: corrected several floating parts and extracted an inset for each design.
