Invader is a micro-size, or toothpick, style FPV quad.
Goal of this project is to build a lighter micro-sized quad frame. The 3D Printed arms arch upwards increasing stiffness and reducing the overall footprint. It weighs in at only 52g. A total of 91g with battery strapped on.
The frame is designed to be aerodynamic but with a space invaders style design through the use of vertical strengthened arms and designed to pitch forward. With brushless motors, using 9mm mounts, it is able to become airborne with only an idle amount of power.
Features:
* 9mm Brushless motor mounts
* 20mm Flight controller stack
* 5cm props (max)
Also includes a version with smooth polygonal design with larger motor mounts.
