Just use a little hot glue to secure anywhere you want. It's an invisible mouse bungee. I have it attached to my secondary monitor. This is case specific, but if you're looking for a bungee and don't want a huge piece of plastic on your desk, this one is invisible and out of site.
Only uses about a gram or two of filament, the center hole is 3mm and the opening is 1.8mm by default, so scale according to your mouse cable.
Alternatively could be used as cable mounts as they are small and only take about 5-10 mins to print.
