Update 2022-11-16:
Not Invisible anymore. Not for my list and not for the search function.
Well, not invisible for the human eye. But for the Search function and the own list of designs.
Apparently, if you delete the "Thing Apps" on the bottom of the 'new design' before saving it the first time, then the Thing will become 'invisible'.
I will still be created but it cannot be found using the search function, and it does not appear in the list of own designs. Thus, becoming invisible.
It still can be accessed through the Thing ID. SO if you know where to look, you can still find it.
That's probably a bug.
Upon further investigation, I think there are a few apps listed to mske the Thing visible.
It seems to that the Apps "KiriMoto" and "MakePrintable Thing App" need to be present when the Thing is saved the first time.
