Ion Ray_Gun is under construction. I have all the electronics I just need to assemble them and perform a functionality test. I also need to print the enclosure parts to test fit everything together.
The circuit is fairly simple...
A ZVS driver powers a primary winding which then gets transformed in a secondary coil. The output of the secondary gets rectified in a cascade multiplier. The device will be filled with mineral oil to prevent corona spill over and subsequent destruction of the power supply. The device will be powered by 12vdc using AA batteries. The high voltage ions will leak off of a metallic sharp discharge located at the front of the device.

I think I'm finished with the drafting. I will begin printing the first prototype.
