A model Ionic thruster. Not to be confused with a hall thruster, this style of thrust accelerates the particles surrounding plasma as it arcs between the positive and negatively charged ridges in each stage. propelling those particles in the direction that the arc faces. I modelled this thruster to be workable. in order to do that you will need a high voltage transformer, wire, metal tape and a power source.I do not recommend attempting to make your own working thruster without first obtaining a firm understanding of high voltage electronics. the negatives to each stage can be covered by a metal tape however if like me you are interested in trying out other manufacturing methods you can electroplate them to be copper. Assembly of the thruster is possible with no additional parts however it is easier with a touch of glue hear and there to stop parts from moving during assembly. The base is a separate profile, it is hollow to accommodate the electronics should you choose to attempt to make
