iOptron smartEQ tripod fix

The smartEQ tripod has some bad quality plastic parts, after little use one of them broke. Tired from the many attempts of gluing it I decided to make a more robust new one. It can be printed in PLA but I recommend PETG or better ABS if you don´t want to be worried about heating from sunlight exposure. Stock nuts and screws can be used but you can also used 5mm ones for better strength. Tripod stability and overall vibration of the mount were improved with this.
