Iot Raspi Box

This is a box for a 45mm by 45 mm Raspberry Pi derivative that was made available in quantity to my Radio Club. It's a discontinued unsupported orphan so I decided to design a box for it. The box supports a dual USB Socket, access to the 28 Pin dual inline header plus a slot for the Camera cable. Alas, the 4 segment A/V plug just can't fit (next to the USB) so it's going to have to be an external attachment. A USB sound card is a good alternative. I printed the photographed ones in ABS, but PETG is probably better. PLA should work too.
There are holes for screwing it in, but I found the board stayed sufficiently stable that I didn't need to. It's also easier to change the SD card if the board is not screwed in!

Addendum:- A friend suggested I add a Raspberry Pi logo to the box, so I did!

UPDATE : Added a top with big vent holes for extra heat dissipation.
