iPad 3 / 4 LCD HDMI Adapter Case

BOM:
* iPad 3/4 LCD Panel (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07R4VR9PR or equivalent)
* HDMI converter (see above)
* Front Bezel
* Back Panel
* Input Cover (standard or VESA)
* Adapter Mount
* 31x M2x8mm self-tapping screws
* 10x M2x4mm self tapping screws
* Optional:
* 4x M3 nuts and bolts for VESA mounting
* Base
* 1x M2x8mm screw for Base attachment

For the screws, I had this pack on hand, so sizes are referenced from that: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0825KGRKQ

Build steps:
1. Attach Input Cover to Back Panel with 5x M2x8 screws
2. Install main board into Input Cover using 4x M2x8 screws
3. Install ribbon adapter board to Adapter Mount with 2x M2x4 screws
4. Install assembled Adapter Mount with 2x M2x8 screws
5. Install remote with 4x M2x4 screws
6. Fold ribbon cable to fit open area, tape down remote wires so that they stay in channel during assembly, and place a piece of insulating tape on back of screen where the ribbon adapter board will sit.
