Ipad Charging Block Electrical Outlet Lock

My students would casually walk off with the charging block or cords from my classroom. Made this to help act as a deterrent. There is a hole at the top in case you have metal faceplates and need to use something non-conductive to hold original faceplate on during installation of this coverplate. This fits over existing faceplates. Also designed so that the cord cannot be simply pulled out either. Modified a design I found on printables (https://www.printables.com/model/937840-electrical-outlet-wall-plate-charger-lock) by @ColtonOrr_2217276. Basically my change is so the cord cannot be stolen either.
