This mount is an easy-to-print and useful tool for anyone who frequently uses their iPhone as a camera. This mount simply allows the camera to be stood up on a flat surface. The mount is also hinged which allows for the iPhone to be tilted. This is a great tool for shooting time-lapse videos or close-up videos.
Printing this mount is very easy. There are 4 parts to it that can easily fit onto a standard printer build bed all at the same time. Printing usually takes around 1 hour depending on your settings. Remember to print support materials.
The mount shown in the photos was printed using Yellow PLA available from 3dexfilament.co.uk This filament has a really stunning colour and prints really well at a variety of temperatures. Furthermore, it is very high quality filament therefore allowing superior print finishes.
