This dock is designed for the iPhone 7, 6s and 6 and the Apple Watch 42 mm. The original lightning cable fits inside the dock so you can charge your phone with it.
The charger for the Apple Watch also fits inside the dock. You can just put the cable through it. There is a small hole on the back to get it out again.
There is a version for the iPhone 7 Plus available. It is not tested by me but it should fit.
