iPhone Continuity Camera Holder

There are by now tons of Continuity Camera holders for the iPhone, but for some reason none of them fitted well for my iPhone 12 (with bumper) on my Macbook Pro.
So I made one exactly for this combination (and probably all iPhone 11 - 14, if they are no thicker than 10.3mm incl. case). Fits like a glove!
You can mount the phone horizontally and vertically (lifts the camera a bit more up). There is also a small nut at the bottom to prevent the volume buttons to be pressed when inserting the phone horizontally.
