I wanted to display my first generation iPod Classic from 2001. The firewire port was at the top at the time, and Apple hadn't created the dock for the iPod until the third generation of iPod with the introduction of the beloved (maligned) 30-pin connector.
Similar dimensions to the iPod Universal Dock for iPod 3rd generation and later.
Place your iPod inside the slightly oversized hole and let it lean back.
