Iris Monocle remix

Modified so the action ring (ring with slots) is built in the goggle lens.

The iris has be resize to fit the default size of the monocle so no need to change size of iris.

If you wish to make the Monocle and iris small or larger just change scaling as when you download it starts at 100% by default
