Standard Irish Road Sign.The town name and distance can both be edited in Bambu Studio in the process tab by selecting objects and then if you right click the text_shape boxes and edit text (there are four, one for each of the words) you can change the irish and english there along with the km and distance. The Font is the correct Heavy Transport font (can be downloaded from google)
