Tired of inconsistent ironing results on your Bambu Lab printer? Standard ironing test models often miss a key factor: the crucial relationship between ironing speed and flow rate percentage. Random combinations can lead to poor results, making it hard to find the true optimal settings. This model is designed based on a significant empirical discovery: for the 0.4mm nozzle using materials like PLA and matte PETG, the best ironing surface quality is achieved when the ironing speed (mm/s) value and the flow rate percentage (%) value are numerically close. Please Note: The ironing function is generally not recommended for regular PETG or silk/silk-like PLA filaments, as it tends to produce poor surface results with these materials.
