Irrigation holder for pots

I am constructing a home drip irrigation system and i have been having issues getting the tube in the right place as the plants are still small, i have measured the $1 bunnings pot to the mm and the beam should fit perfectly. It should not be difficult to change the size or take the same design and reproduce it for different size pots. The one i have used is 273mm wide and my print bed is 150 each way so i have split this into 2 pieces and some super glue can turn it back into a single piece in no time.

The tubing i used is 5mm too which is about 7mm wide total so the hole is about 8mm for the water tube.
