I made a version of niki_m's excellent track saw clamp head that fits my "standard" Irwin Quick Grip clamps. To be honest, I've had these clamps probably for 20 years and they have a lot of different models now. I believe these are closest to the current "One-Handed Mini Bar Clamp" model. But I don't have any new ones so I'm sort of guessing.
For that reason I've included the STEP file in case you want to make changes to the pocket for the bar or the location of the hole.
Note that with this design, because of the location of the hole, it will clamo material down to about 1/4" thick. Any thinner and the clamp release lever hits the printed clamp head. For me, that's fine as I don't deal with many materials thinner than 1/4" and if you really need to you could probably adapt the design to gain a few more mm clearance.
I used a 4mm machine screw and nut to attach the head to the bar using the existing hole. The existing clamo head is molded to the bar, so to remove it I sliced a
