Valen class Cruiser from Babylon 5 The Lost Tales.
UPDATE: now includes high poly version

The Valen class Cruiser was a type of vessel developed and built by the Minbari Federation for the Interstellar Alliance in the early 2270s.

I'll keep hunting for an update of this ship and any higher quality versions.
