Check that your 3D printed
Shield is correctly sized
1. Print this sheet at 100% scale.
2. Cut along red dotted line
3. Fold 3 times along
dotted line to get ~0.3mm
thickness. This is similar
to the 125 to 175 micron
thickness of the shield that
https://protectourfrontline.org/
is using. This is between
0.25 to 0.35mm thick.
Paper is typically 0.1mm
4. Fold edge inward to hold
the folds together
5. Punch using a standard
hole punch (6mm dia hole).
6. Test your print
mount point by aligning
the strip to each mount
point.
Should be tight against the
frame so it creates
a seal.
Last hole should be hard to
attach as it should snap on.
