For the 2022-23 season of Science Olympiad, in the event, It's About Time we were tasked with making a clock that can run for up to 3 minutes and have a clear visual signal at any given time. I built this on the principle that if you change the pendulum size you can alter how long it takes to complete 1 rotation on the escapement. This is also a good Physics Lab as it demonstrates Simple harmonic motion perfectly.
