From what I understand, at some point the Germans offered the Panther blueprints (I don't know which specific variant) to the Italians.
The only two modifications I made were replacing the original cannon with an Italian 90mm cannon.

And adding a heavy machine gun to the chassis (this is more fictional; I added it to further distinguish it from the original Panther).

For this Panther, I used variant A of the pack.
