This is pretty hardware specific so I'm not sure how much use this will be.
An ITX motherboard that has accepts a DC power input on the I/O shield is an absolute requirement. The board I am using is an Asrock AM1H-ITX and am using a generic Targus laptop PSU. Also needs an Intel dual 1GbE network card. The power button is a cheap 12mm vandal switch from Aliexpress.
I've added supports in for the I/O area. Source files are included.
