*any vendor models I have are likely downloaded from vendor websites, then cleaned up so that #1 they are less likely to bog down 3d model, #2 they can be converted easily to 2D for document turnover, #3 any other squirrely issues addressed. being a modeler, there is nothing more frustrating than a complex vendor model that causes issues in your design when a simplified version will do just fine.
