Jack Sparrows sword

This is the third version of Jack Sparrows sword. I have adjusted the tolerances to prevent the parts from getting stuck and breaking while assembling, but that means it needs gluing. I've also made the blade into three parts which are easy to align. I could have made the blade in two parts, but by splitting it up into 3 and making the part that connects to the handle stand upright, I ensure that the bumps on each side are symmetrical. These two bumps secure the sword in the scabbard. Edit:I've had a few issues with the sword braking. Mostly due to the parts being so thin. Especially the smallest part of the blade which is printed up right and connects the handle to the rest of the blade. To make it a bit stronger i would print it sideways instead like the other parts of the blade. This prevents the layers from separating if the sword gets stuck.
