JAFS M10 Tall Cap

I was having some issues getting cura to slice the finger pads for the [JAFS M10 - Just Another Fidget Spinner with M10 nuts](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2276332) So I opened it in designspark mechanical and re-saved it out. I also used mesh mixer to remove the low cap and made a file with only the tall cap that way any one who already has one of the low ones can print just the tall one.
