After printing the knife i wanted also a sheath for display, so after searching a little on google for exisiting sheaths, i started a simple design.

Support needed for the belt mount and brims for the sheath parts.

I made the dimensions to fit very well, so you maybe need to sand the insert for the knife blade a little with 100grid sandpaper till it fits. Also sanding needed for the connection ring on top of the bottom part of the sheath, after you get a good connection with the top part, use epoxy glue to connect them forever. Take care that you position them so the holes align on one side!

For mounting the belt mount you need two M5x16mm hexagon socket head cap screws.
The holes on the sheath are can be threaded with a M5 thread cutter or you can screw the screws right into it.
