A wall clock inspired by the James Webb Space Telescope, it has a mirrored film applied to give it the shiny gold appearance. This is my first major project using my 3D printer and Solid works, so please don't judge too harshly if there are some silly mistakes! The clock is assembled from a series of hexagonal modules, with low profile clips holding them together. This gives a nice effect with a consistent spacing between modules. The fully assembled clock is approximately 810x880mm (WxH), and stands approximately 25mm from the wall. The wall mounts have holes for 4mm screws, or you can use adhesive if you do not wish to drill into your walls. Besides the gold film, wall mounting screws and clock mechanism, no additional hardware is required. I recommend using smooth plates to ensure that the surface of the hexagons are flat, which results in the best possible surface for attaching the gold foil. While I have designed this to be a JWST clock, you can assemble the modules in any way
