Jandy valves are used in lots of pool installations. The valves themselves work great, but the handles tend to crack. I could keep on replacing them at $20+ or make my own. In addition, I have always wondered why the handles are backwards. Normally a valve is open when the handle is parallel to the pipe. My design is not just a copy of a Jandy handle, it makes the handle stronger and work like other valves. I am experimenting with Polycarbonate, but it should also work with PETG. You should not need supports or rafts.
