Japanese Knife Sharpener

Inspired by Knife sharpener by hrrossi75. Fixed angle all size knives. Magnetic holder. It collapses a bit for storage.

Currently set at 15 degrees but other angles are available on request.

2 x 8mm smooth stainless rod 240-250mm
1 x 8mm smooth stainless rod 130mm
1 x 8mm smooth rod, stainless or hollow carbon fibre (I had some spare) 150mm
2 x LM8UU
1 x LM8LUU
2 x M4 bolts and nuts
2 x M4 butterfly bolt and nut
2 x 50x10x3mm Neodymium rectangular magnets

The trick part is that it also moves up and down on the third linear bearing so you never need to (nor can you) adjust the angle for fatter knives.
