With this model you can charge the jbl clip with the short included usb cable while it is connected to the power adapter and listen to music at the same time.

Since the original power adapter is more like a truncated pyramid (3d trapezoid), you have to put the model on it from the back. It will then have a good grip just before reaching the USB port.
