JBL Xtreme Bass Protector

This is based on the design from GestoPlastico. I printed his version and didn't like how far it reached into the speaker. In addition it was not aesthetically pleasing besides the honeycomb pattern. So i made my own version with Fusion 360.

I aimed for a very tight fit which reaches just deep enough to get a good grip inside the speaker without damaging it. Also it got a more raised and angular look to fit the design of the speaker better. It took me 8 iterations to get to this version.

Furthermore i optimized this design for a **0.44mm line width** (with Cura 4.0.0) so the honeycomb pattern is sliced and printed with 3 lines to get a strong part which prints well.
