Edit: Use ABS or PETG. PLA still deforms enough to rub when spinning the vents.
Insert ring for Wrangler JK cabin air vents with Punisher logo. (or any vent that uses the same rings) Put the "empty space" on top. This will prevent PLA from drooping when heated.
Print the way that it loads and use supports. Printing in the inverse makes the skulls look bad.
