Jeff's Cats (multi-tier lightbox)

My buddy Jeff has two cats. He sent me a picture of them and said “basically [wife] wants to know if you can turn the outline of the cats into one of those backlight things.” So I looked at the picture and said “Sure.” I played with it in Affinity for a bit, and came up with a two-tier lightbox and an opportunity to play with an ESP32 and WLED.Normal lightbox stuff - optional silver reflector layer on the base component, M1.7 screws to hold the lids on, all that stuff. Added a little elevated spot to attach an ESP32 with some VHB tape, uses a USB-C insert and Micro SPST switch for master power.For the face plates I used eSun PLA+ White (warm) for the first three layers and then switched to a transparent PLA for the walls. The base was printed in eSun PLA+ Black and eSun Silver Metallic PLA. Usually I print my bases at 0.28mm height, but since I had screw holes in multiple heights on this one, I only did that for the base layers, switching to 0.2mm once the reflector is finished. I set
