Frame printed in cura at 0% infill, 2 nozzle width shell thickness, at 0.2 layer height, no support. The motor hole mounts printed with cura pressfit nicely, I didn't need to sand it although trim runoff, although this could change with any given slicer, or printer, or other factors. Screws need to be screwed in very carefully, as one can strip the plastic easily, especially the less infill percentage used (Adjusting shell thickness will strengthen mounting holes). I will probably design the jjrc camera mount soon, as this allows to the user to disconnect the camera altogether, which is optimal for night flight (I use ic socket to connect camera). Added surface mount led to lcd controller, by running 2 leds in series connected to a 6v source on the board which is connected to the main on/off switch.
This frame overall, was just a test in aerodynamics. While it does show good aerodynamics, the weight even with 0% infill is a bit too much. I was experimenting with trying to creat
