John Asaro Head

“The original Planes of the Head, as well as subsequent heads and Planes of the Body, was designed and developed by John Asaro. John was raised in Southern California where he attended Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. He also attended the Art Students League in New York City. He left a twelve-year career in commercial art to become a fine artist. He later taught figurative painting at Art Center College of Design where he developed the concept of Planes of the Head. He no longer teaches
