I recently acquired a 20HP Johnson outboard 1991 2 stroke Boat engine
I was going true the process of tuning up the Engine and realized the Throttle control rod
and the bushing were missing, so I went borrow the parts from a 1988 30 HP Johnson J30ECCE to design the pivot pin and the rod (see PDF)
JOHNSON 0320786 (1) is for a 2.39 Stainless steel shaft
JOHNSON 0320156 (1).pdf is the plan to bend the throttle rod
JOHNSON 0320786 is for the 3.25 stainless steel shaft
I printed in PLA and PETG
PLA seems solid enough for this , maybe time will tell,
I printed them upright,
65% infill
