Hi everyone. I designed a jointer blade sharpening jig.
This jig is made for blades with a 40° bevel and 258mm long. The space between 2 holes is 51mm so if you have the same space you can use this jig even if the total length of your blade is different than 258mm
I used m4 screws to hold the top with the bottom. You have to print twice the top, but it is not mandatory, it can work only with the bottom, some screws and washers as well.
You have to print it flat and not standing like on the picture. Check out the video linked to see the setup I have used to print it and how I sharpened my own blades. No supports were needed with my settings
