This is a remix of a rce2018's design, based on 3DBotMaker's Joy-Con's grips.

I remixed with the intention to save plastic, and to give the grips this cool skeletal look.
In turn, this is a lightweight design that you can easily pop into your bag/switch case and carry around.
This model provides a more solid and comfortable grip for your controllers, and works for both joy-cons.
To install, Insert the +/- side (Trigger first), then pop the bottom in. The model should provide a tight fit.
The print is quick, simple, and you will need no supports.
UPDATE: [July 16, 2020]
The tolerances were too tight. Loosened tolerance and added space for R/L triggers so pressure is relieved.
I suggest this V2 model over V1, as I have made an accidental small scratch on my switch :(
Again, big thanks to 3DBotMaker and rce2018 for inspiring this design!
