This started as a way to get a friends jump cue off our table on league nights. It’s designed to be used on a high-top table where a ‘jump’ cue which is short can’t lean against a normal cue rest. The ‘G-Clamp’ design was taken off printables and enlarged to about 150% and then the block to hold the jump cue was added. At the request of another player the additional cue rests (to hold a regular cue and a break cue) were added and the dovetail design allows the holder to be broken down for more compact storage. Each print profile has two plates to allow the infill (and color) to be changed for the screw / screw protector / cue rest parts which are subject to less stress and can be printed quicker and using less filament by reducing the infill percentage. I used 75% Gyroid on the main clamp as I wanted it to be solid after a couple of early versions broke – I don’t know if this is overkill or if there is a better way of tweaking the settings to get better strength but this seems to work
