A jumpfrog lure in the shape of a head. A novelty lure but apparently catches fish. Saw this lure from a Thai lure maker on youtube by the channel @AmateurFishingThailand
You basically put a wire from the top of the head to the bottom. The silicone skirt gets tie around the neck, and a split ring attach to the wire below the neck along with a frog hook/treble hook. It's a top water lure that hop/skip/ and makes a lot of splash.
