junction box for common mode filter toroids

I made some changes in support of my ease of use, and tuned it for my common mode filter needs. In doing so I move some code around, consolidated some option parameters near the top, and added new flags to control various parts and build options. Also I removed some code, especially that supporting a visualization mode. It is a very nice feature from the original author, but a distraction for my workflow.

In its now default configuration, the mounting plate is reduced to be more of a foot. An option for full removal would be a nice to have when you don't need a mounting plate.

additions and subtractions:
added posts to stabilize the toroid core once installed.
added a text configuration module for the lid
added or consolidated flags to control which part (i.e. box, lid), and which features are modeled.

removed visualization code, but perhaps not completely.
